This year, as the last 4 years, the AGM rally will be held at Lickhill Manor Caravan Park, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 8RL. We have a grass rally field (The Paddock) allocated to us for the weekend (same as before). There is NO electric.

Pitch costs are as follows:-

Friday and Saturday night - £17 per night

Any other nights - £15 per night

Please can you let me know if you wish to attend - as soon as possible. I will then add you to the list for the rally and confirm this to you. If you do not state the nights required, I will assume Friday and Saturday nights. If you wish to attend from the Thursday and possibly stay on the Sunday night, that is ok.

I am only interested in whether you wish to attend the rally. I do NOT need to know if you are unable to attend - the rest of the AGM information will be emailed out, in due course, by our Club Secretary.

We are also having a carvery on the Saturday evening (as in previous years). The carvery will cost the same as last year - £19 for the carvery and dessert. Please can you confirm that you wish to be included in this. Transport will be arranged.

I will let you know when payment is due. Please do not make payment at the current time.
