Weekend rally including the AGM - Lickhill Manor Caravan Park Lower Lickhill Rd Stourport-on-Severn DY13 8RL

This year, as the last 5 years, the AGM rally will be held at Lickhill Manor Caravan Park, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 8RL. We have a grass rally field (The Paddock) allocated to us for the weekend (same as before). There is NO electric.

DETAILS
Pitch costs are as follows:-
Friday and Saturday night - £18 per night
Any other nights - £15 per night
Please can you let ALI know if you wish to attend - as soon as possible. ALI will then add you to the list for the rally and confirm this to you. If you do not state the nights required, ALI will assume just Friday 14th and Saturday 15th. If you wish to attend from the Thursday 13th and possibly stay on the Sunday night (16th), that is ok - just let ALI know the nights you wish to stop.

Please note: Ali is only interested in whether you wish to attend the rally. She does NOT need to know if you are unable to attend - the rest of the AGM information will be emailed out, in due course, by our Club Secretary.
MEAL
We are also having a carvery on the Saturday evening (as in previous years) - no dogs allowed. Please can you confirm that you wish to be included in this. More will follow on this in due course, including costs. Transport will be arranged.
PAYMENT
ALI will let you know when payment is due. Please do not make payment at the current time.
SUMMARY
More details will be emailed in due course but, in the meantime, please let ALI know if you wish to attend the AGM rally, the nights required and if you would like to take part in the carvery.
